Koffee Kup Bakery is committed to improving our nutritional profile without sacrificing quality and flavor. We removed trans fats from our recipes. Our breads, buns and rolls are cholesterol-free. In 2015, we accepted the challenge of sourcing non-GMO ingredients. Currently approximately 90% of our ingredients are non-GMO.

In its production of nutritious bread products, Vermont Bread Company strives to be both responsive to consumer demands and a responsible corporate citizen.
It has recently come to our attention that some consumers are concerned with the use of chemicals such as glyphosate in the cultivation of heat and other grain crops. Glyphosate is approved by the USDA for certain uses in non-organic farming. It appears in trace amounts in past majority of conventional wheat flour, but the level must be below a threshold set by the US Environmental Protection Agency. We are proud to announce that Vermont Bread Company has committed itself to seek, where commercially available and adequate, grains produced without the use of glyphosate. Until commercial supply of such grains becomes adequate and feasible for production across all our product lines, we will continue to increase our certified organic offerings, which are strictly regulated as glyphosate-free.
